Acceptable use The Guest Wireless Service is provided to you for the sole purpose of allowing you to perform visits, work or services for Tingo. Any other use of the Guest Wireless Service is strictly prohibited.
Changes in Terms and Conditions and wiguest Search Service We may modify or terminate our service from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms of Service from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.
Limitation of Liability You assume total responsibility for use of the Service and the Internet and access the same at your own risk. Tingo and its affiliates, employees, suppliers or other partners, has no responsibility whatsoever for the content accessible or actions taken on the internet and the Tingo Guest Wireless Service network, and shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind including but not limited to any loss of use, loss of business, and/or loss of profit, arising out of or related to this terms of service. Under no circumstances will Tingo and its affiliates, employees, suppliers or other partners of the Tingo Guest Wireless Service be liable to you or any third parties for any amount.
Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tingo and its affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, sponsors or other partners, makes no warranty of any kind, written or oral, statutory, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information given by Tingo and its affiliates, employees, suppliers or other partners of Tingo shall create a warranty. Tingo and its affiliates, employees, suppliers or other partners does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Revisions to This Acceptable Use Policy Representatives of the Tingo Guest Wireless Service reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this Policy, other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with the Internet Service.
Miscellaneous Provisions These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, Zug, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. The court of jurisdiction shall be Zug, Switzerland. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Tingo.
